Ugly Duckling Custom Kei Car - Ep 4: Straightening Our Panels for Surfacer HD

The paint/panel work continues on the custom Kei car in this episode. Removing trim and fittings such as door handles, interior door cards, wiring connections, windscreen wipers, etc... when dismantling a car can be challenging, and that was indeed the case with our project car. Also, with the permanent removal of the wiper and emblems on the rear gate, those holes will get filled in to give the rear a smooth look. This episode also sees the last of the panel work in preparation for surfacer.
