How to Return Either an Approximate or Exact Match with VLOOKUP in Excel HD

A viewer asked me to explain - and give examples - for the VLOOKUP Function with Approximate Matches and also withExact Matches. The VLOOKUP Function is one of the Essential Functions to learn in Excel. It has many uses - e.g. to replace a complicated series of "Nested" IF() Functions. However, VLOOKUP can return either an Approximate or an Exact Match, depending on how you fill in the 4th Argument in its syntax. In this tutorial, I use 3 different examples for VLOOKUP.
