Lenovo M58P SFF PC-CPU Fan Upgrade-Thermal Sensor Replace HD

Lenovo M58P Type 7220 ABU Small Form Factor PC. Core 2 Duo 3.14 Ghz, 4G DDR3-8500 RAM, Windows 10 Home. Original assembly date 6/2006. Original MSRP - $1000(!) This has been my main machine for over 5 years & has always been good to me. Did a recent clean-up, applied new thermal paste, replaced CMOS Battery. The comp developed a weird fan spooling up problem after that (Fan up & down, not constant). So after a LOT of research, it appears that the thermal sensor was going bad; new one from Ebay for $8 delivered. I also decided to go ahead and install a new CPU cooling fan while I was at it; Noctua 1600 Re-Dux PWM 92MM, 4 pin plug. Now no more noisy fan & the CPU is cool. This fan will work on many Lenovo SFF comps & is an easy upgrade. I do not receive any compensation from any maker of the above named products.
