How to fix CPU Fan Noise - Intel Stock Fan Whining Noise Fix 2016 HD

-Welcome to my first commentary video, hope i helped in fixing the whining noise from cpu fan. -Reason of the fan making whining noise is that, the fan being sensetive to cpu Usage and temperature change. due to cpu halt state feature that reduce cpu consumption respectively to the usage of cpu. -Instruction : 1- Reboot your pc and hit Delete 2-go to PC Health Status then change setting as following: CPU Smart FAN Control - to - Manually Slope PWM - to - 2.50 PWM CPU Smart FAN Mode - to - PWM then return to main menu and press F10 hit Y and then enter.
