3 Easy VEGAN VANLIFE Breakfast Meal Ideas | FULL RECIPES HD
Hello lovely friends! I wanted to share with you my 3 favourite EASY VEGAN BREAKFAST MEAL IDEAS for living in a VAN FULL TIME. We live in our BUS and TRAVEL FULL-TIME throughout the east coast of Australia. Simple and easy meals, that hold great nutrient value are a must for us whilst living on the road, especially with a toddler in tow! Much love & Thank you for supporting my family. ❤︎ COCONUT BLUEBERRY CHIA PUDDING RECIPE (serves 1): - 1/4 chia seed - Approx. 1/2 cup water/coconut milk - couple handfuls of frozen/fresh blueberries - handful of cacao nibs - drizzle of maple syrup - 2 big dollops of coconut yoghurt Prepare your chia pudding about an hour before consumption (or leave overnight). Do this by mixing your chia seeds with water in a bowl/jar. Once ready to eat you can layer up your chia pudding in another bowl or jar however you like! I wanted to make mine aesthetically pleasing for you all which is why i used a clear jar, and layered it up the way i did :) ENJOY! OUR FAVE MERMAID SMOOTHIE (serves 2): - 5 medium sized frozen bananas - 2 medjool dates - 1 teaspoon hawaiian spirulina powder - 1 heaped teaspoon maca powder - handful of nuts of your choice (we chose cashews) - OPTIONAL: 3 to 4 brazil nuts for a hit of selenium! Smoothies are a breeze to make! Simply place all ingredients in a blender, and blend till smooth baby! Add as much coconut water/mylk/water as you like to get the consistency you like. MY 2 INGREDIENT DEE-LISH GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES (serves 2): - 1 cup + 1/4 cup Buckwheat flour - Approx. equal parts water (i added an extra 1/4 to get the thickness we prefer!) - TOPPINGS, we chose: mango, peanut butter, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup. To make these pancakes literally all you do is mix both buckwheat flour and water in a bowl and till you get the consistency you like, then heat up a non-stick pan with coconut oil (the pan needs to be quite hot) and fry away!
