Got through week 2! Boom! 10 lbs lost so far! Current weight: 175 Now, how did I make those smoothies? I get a lot of my smoothies from the Incredible Smoothie’s website. But I also like to invent my own depending on what ingredients I have and what I feel like. I can’t always find a recipe online for a smoothie I want, so sometimes I improvise. Recipes: Lemon Berry smoothie Lemon: 20 Orange: 90 1 cup raspberries: 70 1 cup strawberries: 50 2 TBLSP Chia seeds: 120 Spinach: 20 370 Orange Dreamsicle Green Smoothie Orange: 90 Banana: 120 Greek Light Vanilla Yogurt: 80 Almond Milk: 30 Spinach: 20 1 tsp Vanilla Extract: 12 8 ice cubes: 0 Total: 352 Lemon Strawberry Smoothie Half of a lemon: 20 2 cups strawberries: 100 Green Light Vanilla Yogurt: 80 1 cup Almond Milk: 30 2 cups Spinach: 20 2 Tbsp Chia seeds:120 8 ice cubes: 0 370 cals These next cookie ones are my FAVORITES, for obvious reasons.
