Does the interior passenger door handle on your BMW feel sticky? Does the handle leave a gooey rubber material on your hand? If so, your handle is deteriorating. Instead of replacing the handle part, which is $30 and quite a lot of time due to complex door assembly and disassembly, you might want to try a different fix. Watch how I cut, scraped, and sanded away the deteriorated rubber coating on the handle and exposed the hard plastic beneath. The hard plastic resulted in a clean and smooth grip surface. Unlike replacing the handle, this is a long term fix and should not require replacement throughout the life of the vehicle.
