BMW E90 Sticky door handle fix DIY (interior passenger) HD

My front passenger door handle became sticky, think the rubber/ plastic deterioates from UV or just time?? So I needed to replace it. I found a spare panel @ a scrap yard and I removed the old handle and replaced it. Great help and guidance from Steve!
