How to update device support in xcode without installing new xcode HD

Every year Apple announce new iOS version and iphone and ipad devices are update then it will not be able to connect on real devices in older version of xcode, people need to complete download the beta versions of xcode which are not even stable I found the trick on how to update iOS version simulator in Xcode without WHOLE Xcode update which is about 10 to 15 gb and takes lot of developer time.
