Hand carved stone house number HD

You CAN carve your own stone or slate house number! All you need is a lump of rockery stone and one tungsten chisel! Demonstrating how to hand carve a stone house number sign, showing it is possible for stone carving beginners to make a brilliant and unique DIY house number with the minimum of cost and limited tools. The same lessons can be used to carve letters for a house name plaque though it would be a longer task. This stone craft idea will also apply to other types of stone and slate.
