Why NOT To Meditate (Do THIS Instead!) HD
Meditation... it has an immense of amount of benefits: Reduces stress, improves concentration, encourages a healthy lifestyle, increases self-awareness, improves happiness, increases acceptance, slows aging, benefits cardiovascular and immune health.. and much more. So why am I telling you to NOT meditate? Because just like physical health is a side-effect of yoga, all of these benefits of meditation are not the actual goal. The goal is to connect to the Cosmos, to become the Cosmos, what we in Sanata Hindu Dharma call ‘Sadashiva.’ And the best way to connect to something is to embody it and its traits.
