How to Do Sit-ups Correctly to Get Ripped Abs HD

How many sets & reps? You can do up to 5 sets of 5-to-10 reps holding each rep for 5-to-10 seconds and if 5-to-10 reps sounds too easy then you simply need to make this exercise more intense and you do that in 4 ways... 1. You can place your feet farther away from your body or... 2. You can place your arms over your head with or without a weight or... 3. You can hold a weight across your chest or wear a weight vest or... 4. You can take less rest or NO rest in between sets or... 5. You can also hold each rep for longer than 10 seconds You can also have someone hold your feet if this sit-up version is too hard but make sure they do not help too much as it take away from you getting a good enough workout for ripped abs. The reason why this sit-up technique is superior to the regular sit-up is that in the regular sit-up your hip flexors are the main prime mover meaning your hip flexors are getting a workout as you are sitting up & down while all your abs are doing is tightening up or stabilizing your core. By doing sit-ups as described in the video you are doing the main function that your abs were meant to do which is to primarily tense up isometrically but instead of your abs only tensing up for a small amount of time doing regular sit-ups... In this exercise your abs are under tension MUCH LONGER. Ripped abs will not happen from doing this or any other ab exercise alone. Believe it or not the main thing stopping you from getting ripped abs is not picking the right exercise or even by following by instructions correctly for better abs... The main key to getting ripped abs is to take care of all the body fat that is covering up you ripped and shredded ab muscles plus your ripped body. So the hardest part of getting ripped abs or getting ripped period is to watch your diet by not watching what or when you eat but how much you eat so to get ripped abs you need to take a food journal and figure out how much you need to eat to lose weight r to lose enough fat to display those ripped abs and that alone would be all you need but if you are smart...
