DOG SAVED FROM JUMPING OFF ROOF!!!

Husky broke through window screen & was stranded & ready to jump from 15 ft high...Animal Control, Police Dog Warden, & Fire Department responded but only left a bowl of water because they were scared dog would bite..My fiance Dan Tomblin & me stopped & he rescued the dog....This shows the rescue.....Filmed in Moundsville WV near 2nd Ave & Cedar. Someone stated after rescue "What are we paying our tax dollars for when 3 agencies we support did nothing & a good samaritan driving by rescued the dog before it jumped"!! Filmed by Beth A.
