How to Cook Tuscan Chicken Ingredients 1/2 tsp - garlic powder 1/2 tsp - basil leaves 1/2 parsley flakes 1 tsp - paprika or cayenne pepper salt to taste 3 - Chicken breast 1 tbsp - butter 3-4 cloves of garlic - chopped 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup of cream or half and half or coconut cream 1-2 cup of cheese(of your choice) 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes Instructions Step 1 In a bowl, add garlic powder, basil leaves, parsley flakes, paprika or cayenne pepper and salt Step 2 Season chicken breast with the spice mixture on both sides Step 3 1. In a heated skillet, add butter 2. Once the butter is melted, at the seasoned chicken breast and reduce heat to medium low 3. flip the chicken breast, cover and cook till chicken is done - (15-20 minutes and flip occasionally) 4. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove the chicken breast from the skillet 5. In the same skillet, on medium heat - add 3-4 freshly chopped garlic cloves 6. Add more butter if needed 7. Once the garlic is lightly golden brown, add 1 cup of chicken broth 8. Add 1 cup of heavy cream (or half and half or coconut cream) 9. Add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper or paprika 10. Add 1 -2 cups of cheese of choice (freshly grated parmesan, havarti, chedder etc) 11. Add 1/2 cup of sundried tomatoes 12. Simmer the sauce till it thickens 13. Add cooked chicken into the sauce 14.
