13 Red Guardian Versions We Could See In The MCU HD

Russia’s favorite icon is trying really, really hard to prove that he’s so much better than Captain America. Whether that is the case is up for debate, but what the crimson hero should really be concerned with is if he can even take on the alternate people and versions of himself who took up the mantle. Oftentimes trained by the KGB, with various backgrounds ranging from engineering to piloting, to neuroscience and even theoretical physics, the pride of the Soviet Union is more often than not a powerful hero with several punches to give and take. With shield in hand and a star plastered firmly on his chest, this somewhat overhyped gym jock is ready for action at nearly every turn, and don’t worry the costume still fits. Now that David Harbour has brought Alexi Shotakov into all of our lives through the new MCU film, his famous mantle is proven to exist in the MCU and is likely available for future characters to possess. He is a capable hero who is even sometimes given a version of the Super Soldier Serum. As well, Alexi and his counterparts are team players, forming and joining many famous super-teams such as the Winter Guard, the People’s Protectorate, and even the Avengers! Ok, not the Avengers, they rejected his application but hey he would tell you he’s too good for them anyway.
