*Please note, this is my very first travel vlog so I filmed this the wrong side up...I hope you are still able to take in the knowledge* In January 2016, I took a solo trip to La Ceiba Honduras where I stayed at the world renowned Usha Village. I met people from all over the world, had alkaline food and the purest water. I also had the most blessed opportunity to meet Dr. Sebi himself, the man who created Usha Village.
