Subscribe! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=thetastytenner Check Out Our Channel Page: http://www.youtube.com/user/thetastytenner Like Us On Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/TheTastyTenner Follow Us On Twitter! https://twitter.com/TheTastyTenner 280 g Plain White Flour 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 220 ml Natural Yoghurt Pinch of Salt 250 g Quality Lamb Mince Olive Oil 1 Small Onion Finely Chopped 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed 2 Pinches of Cinnamon 1 tsp Mixed Spice Handful of Pine Nuts Salt and Pepper Red Onion Tomatoes Fresh Coriander Hummus STEP 1: FRY MEAT Fry lamb in a very hot pan without oil. Turn quickly to brown. Drain in a sieve. Wipe pan. Fry onion in a little oil on a low heat for 5 minutes. Add garlic, cinnamon and spice. Cook for 2 mins. Add meat, seasoning, pine nuts. Stir for 1 minutes and remove from heat. STEP 2: MAKE FLAT BREAD MIXTURE Make flat bread mixture and cut into 4 balls and cover. Roll one into a very thin circle with rolling pin or wine bottle. Heat an oil free pan. STEP 3: COOK BREAD Cook the bread for 1 minute till faint brown spots appear. Turn and repeat on other side. Don’t over cook Remove from the pan and cover. Continue with other three balls of dough. STEP 4: FINISH AND SERVE Spread the warm breads with hummus. Top with the meat filling and salad. Roll and eat.
