HERE IS THE RECIPE: 3 Medium Potatoes 2 TBS of Corn Starch 1 TSP of Crushed Black Pepper 1/2 TSP of Salt 1 TSP of Red Chilli Powder You will also need: A Fork 2 Large Bowls A Cutting Knife A Cutting Board 1) To start off you need 3 Medium sized potatoes that are washed and patted dry. 2) Cut them into wedges (With or without the skin) 3) In a large bowl add cold water and add the potato wedges and leave them till water goes from clear to foggy(Aprx. 10-15 min). This will get rid of the starch from the potato. 4) Take the potatoes and dry them using paper towels. Add the seasonings and mix them in a large bowl once mixed add the dried potato wedges and coat wedges evenly. 5) Now put the potato wedges in a deep fryer and cook till golden/brown. You may also bake the potato wedges until golden/brown or tender 6) You may serve these with Ketchup or barbecue sauce (You may choose to your liking) Enjoy!
