Broccoli and Vegan Beef stirfry HD

Marinade for vegan beef: ½ package of Verisoy Vegan beef or Beyond Meat Beef strips (Just don’t marinade) ½ cup of low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos ¾ water 1 Tbsp of vegan sugar or agave nectar 1 grated Garlic clove 1 tspn of black pepper 1 tspn grated ginger Sauce for stir fry ½ cup low sodium soy sauce, Tamari or Liquid aminos 2 Tbsp Corn starch, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch or Arrow root 1 tspn Grated Ginger 3 grated Garlic cloves 3 Tbsp Sherry vinegar 2 tspn Sesame Oil ¾ cup low sodium vegetable stock or water 2 Tbspn Vegan sugar, Agave or coconut nectar ½ Tbsp Vegan oyster Sauce ( I used Wan Ja Shan Brand) (Omit if you can’t fined) 1 tspn of Sriracha or a pinch of red pepper flakes For Stirfry: ½ sliced onion 1 ½ Lbs of Broccoli
