Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing

Great side salad, a blast from the past. Warm Bacon Dressing 4 strips of crisp fried bacon, crumbled 3/4 c. Vinegar, cider or white 1 c. sugar, or sugar substitute 3 teaspoons of corn starch In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar. In a frying pan, bring sugary mixture to a rolling boil. Add crumbled bacon and the dressing will thicken. serve on a salad of your choice.
