This allows us to upgrade stations and bring in new trains, tubes, trams and buses to continually improve frequency and reliability. Sustained investment from Government makes it possible for us to make real improvements for the millions of people who rely on us to keep London moving. We’re taking on board how you’d like your service to be. We’re listening to your advice and complaints. It can be a tough job and we don’t always get it right. But we’re committed to putting you, our customers, first in the decisions we make. That’s why we’re investing in the latest technology online, on mobile and in stations, so it’s easier for you to plan and make your journeys. We make all of our travel data available for free to other organisations so they can create apps and tools to help you plan and make your journeys.
