Overnight Oven BBQ Ribs, The Best Part 1

here is an old overnighter recipe from a restaurant I worked at a long time ago this is best at 2 hrs in the oven and 1 hr in a charcoal grill w/ indirect heat, but a 300* for 3 hrs and 15 to 20 min w/ BBQ sauce right at the end is the way we did there :) Enjoy my friends and cheers -SxDxFan
