Sous Vide BBQ Pork Ribs Original Recipe by J. Kenji López-Alt : http://bit.ly/21sxYzp --INGREDIENTS-- 1 rack of pork ribs 1/6 cup paprika 1/6 cup dark brown sugar 2 tablespoon kosher salt 1 tablespoon ground yellow mustard seed 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1/2 table spoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander seed 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes --Sous Vide DIRECTIONS-- 1. Pre-heat your Sous Vide to 145°F 2. Cut the rack of ribs into thirds or quarters; small enough to all fit into your Sous Vide container 3. After drying the ribs with a paper towel, combine all the ingredients into a bowl. 4. Rub generously on all sides of the ribs; Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the mixture for the finishing steps. 5. Place the ribs into individual vacuum seal or Ziploc bags. 6. Place the bags into the Sous Vide for 36 hours. --FINISHING STEPS-- 1. Preheat oven to 300°F 2. Remove the ribs from the bags and dry them with paper towels. 3. Place the ribs on a backing sheet lined with aluminum foil and a wire rack 4. Rub the remaining spice mixture on the ribs. 5.
