Smoke and Sous vide bbq brisket HD

I cooked a bbq brisket using a combination of bbq smoking and sous vide. Its a controversial subject, but I believe this technique is really promising, and even though the results were a bit softer and flakier than I would have liked, I think this method for cooking brisket is a really convinient easy way to get a good finished product, without the hastle and risk of a 20 hour bbq smoke.
