How to configure and calibrate 1151 PRESSURE OR DP TRANSMITTER HD

Today i want to tell how to configure and calibrate ROSEMOUNT Pressure or Differential Pressure transmitter using HART. Do you know the usage of hart communicator? ACTUALLY THERE ARE 2 MODELS IN this TRANSMITTERS . ONE IS ONE ONE FIVE ONE AND OTHER IS THREE ZERO FIVE ONE, TODAYI WILL SHOW ONE ONE FIVE ONE HART MENU TREE. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO CONFIGURE A ONE ONE FIVE ONE TRANSMITTER? FIRST WHEN YOU TURN ON HART ,GO TO ONLINE, THEN GO TO BASIC SETUP ,WHICH IS UNDER DEVICE SETUP, AND SET THE TAG , THEN SET THE UNITS, THEN GO TO RANGE VALUES , GO TO KEYPAD INPUT AND GIVE LRV(Lower Range Value) AND URV(Upper Range Value). THEN ACCORDING TO YOUR TRANSMITTER SET THE TRANSFER FUNCTION, WHICH IS LINEAR OR SQUARE ROOT. SET THE DAMPING VALUE ALSO ACCORDING TO YOUR RANGE. THEN THE IMPORTANT THING IS FAIL SAFE ALARM, ACCORDING TO THE PROCESS CONDITION SET THE ALARM OUT TYPE ,WHEN TRANSMITTER SATURATES. FOR SETTING THIS GO TO DETAILED SETUP, AND SIGNAL CONDITION , ALARM LEVEL , AND AO ALARM TYPE. THIS IS THE MINIMUM CONFIGURATION TO BE DONE BEFORE INSTALLING OR CALIBRATING A NEW TRANSMITTER. Now we will see how to calibrate the one one five one transmitter using HART Communicator menu tree. Go to Device Setup, then go to diagnostics and service, then go to calibration , and then go to sensor trim, in this you can do first one is zero trim, second one is lower sensor trim for trimming 4 milliAmp output , third one is Upper sensor trim for 20 milliAmps output and the last is sensor trim points for checking before trim points. like this we can calibrate(Calibration) Differential pressure transmitter this how we will do calibration by hart communicator
