March 2008 - Royton Traffic lights go off and on again

http://www.eroyton.co.uk The traffic lights in the centre of Royton go off and then come back on again. Just look at the beautiful, careful, courteous driving when the lights are broken. Then look at everyone revert back to being speeding machines when the lights come back on.
