LIVENODING Understanding Abstract & Dynamic Attributes of Geometry Nodes FIELD HD

#sverchok #geometrynodes In this episode, I am trying to share my understanding of the NEW method of thinking of CUSTOM ATTRIBUTES in Geometry Nodes in Blender 3.0 alpha. They call it Geometry Nodes FIELD. In the past, we have been using these nodes and the whole thing is pretty linear - a lot simpler, albeit less dynamics: - Attributes Create - Attributes Fill - Attributes Randomize In the recent version of Blender 3.0 Geometry Nodes, we have a new way of thinking and working with ATTRIBUTES. Attributes becoming more dynamics, can be passed IN and OUT of Geometry Nodes Modifier, and it is also more abstracts and you can imagine it like FIELDS that could influence volume and particles in the future. One particular node to deal with custom attribute that we will use here is: - Attribute Capture NOTE: With this video we also learn how to Promote, Set and Get Attribute via Geometry Modifiers INPUT and OUTPUT. With this video, I also use SV nodes to control the ATTRIBUTE FIELDS and I think this could spark some kind of better understanding for you. Hope you find this useful, enjoy!
