LIVENODING Geometry Nodes Edge Crease Boolean Cuts HD
In this episode, I talk about EDGE marking of polygon mesh and how you can use Geometry Nodes to take advantages of procedural workflow. In EDIT mode we are able to: - Mark Seam for UV texturing - Mark Edge Sharp - Mark Edge Crease With Geometry Nodes, we can use the attribute value for EDGE that has been marked Sharp or Crease and using it to do SPLIT / CUT and also to generate CURVE which then can be used to do boolean that eats the mesh itself along the edge area. You can use this for quick random detailing along the edge flow. This is cool because you also have GRID already happening depending on the mesh topology. Enjoy!
