420lbs Zercher Carry And the Benefits Of Kinetic Training! HD

16.02.2019
Does kinetic and stabilizer training actually do anything? Many people seem to ask this question when watching these videos. To some, they believe this type of training is dumb because they simply don’t understand. However, we can show you through documented workouts that they are making you stronger! In this video, you will see a 370lbs Zercher Carry for 75 feet and then 420lbs for 50 feet at Muscle Works Gym in Gardner Ma. The unstable weight on the Emaxx bar will cause the lifter to slow down the movements and contract the core muscles even harder to stabilize the bar. Now how does this training correlate with other workouts?! After a year of Kinetic Training, Nate and Bo traveled down to TPS gym in Malden MA to practice some strongman workouts. Here they found a Yoke and for Nate’s first attempt at the workout, he took 550lbs for a brisk 25 yard stroll! The guys then traveled to Strength Discovery located in Malden MA where they found a contraption they have yet to Incorporate into their workouts, the beloved Conan Wheel. Given his first day with this device, Nate threw on 780lbs for an impressive full revolution! The last clip is a Overhead Carry with 240lbs using the Emaxx bar for 60 feet, strengthening the stabilizer muscles. While targeting the stabilizer muscles using the Kinetic Loading Theory workouts, you will increase the body’s ability to handle weights at the same weight, or even more, on iron bars or other stable movements!
