#weeklywednesdaychallenge FLOOR PULL ... the floor and gravity is a fantastic tool for resistance because you are NOT stronger than the floor. If you are I wanna see your cape . Plus I totally get it that not everyone is a fitness geek like me so having gymnastic rings/pull-up bars/TRX/resistance bands may not be an option for you. Okay... This exercise combines a row & a reverse fly sorta action. TURN ON SOUND for cues! The goal is to keep total body tension while also driving into the floor with as much max effort as possible as you keep the shoulder blades/scapula retracted/squeezed together. Maintain midline & tension EVERYWHERE. See if you can take 1-minute to do each rep, at max effort, a simple looking exercise that will give lots of good benefits and connect you to your body. Try it!
