He dispels the darkness and fills up our heart with the light of real knowledge. Sri Ramanujacharya, 1017 – 1137 AD was the torch bearer for all the gurus of the world who proved that everything in the universe is an unquestionable true element. He also revealed that every living and non-living entities of this world are supported by the divine presence of a single omniscient power called “Narayana”. Thus he declared that all the creatures especially human beings should be treated with equality, irrespective of their progeny. Thus the great guru, Ramanuja stood as an icon for the fundamental law of equality.
