Tugs bring the salt water vessel Nogat into the Port of Duluth HD

The salt water vessel Nogat came into the port of Duluth on Sunday afternoon May 9th, 2011 after sitting at anchor off the Duluth piers for 3 weeks. She was assisted by two Great Lake tugs, the North Dakota and the Kentucky as she moved over to the dock at the former Cargill grain elevator in Duluth after coming under the Duluth Aerial Lift Bridge
