#WednesdayWeeklyChallenge My valentines present to you is this very SIMPLE MOVE that’s FAB for the HIPS!!! Do this helps all the things! TAG A FRIEND TO FLOW WITH & get them hips goin!!! . . I’m calling them T Rex Burpee‘s because short arms/no hands and sense of humor is key . . . Big reason why I love movements like this is because it’s a progression from laying, rolling, sitting, hip internal and external rotation, hip extension, kneeling to half kneeling, squatting, standing and jumping… ALL THE THINGS that are LEGS and HIPS were born to do!!! . . This can be a warm up or you can add intensity and progression with weights and other moves. I will post more on a add tomorrow.
