Xbox One Coil Noise (coil whine, fan noise, HDD noise) HD

Just received my Xbox One (w/out kinect) from the McAllen, TX. I sent it for a failed disc drive (under warranty) I just set it up and now I am having the very loud and annoying noise. I believe this is coil noise but it could the HDD or cooling fan. Please help out with any tips, tricks, or fixes.
