Avoidant Personality Disorder - How I Cured Myself

In this video I explain how I cured myself of a severe anxiety disorder known as Avoidant Personality Disorder (AvPD). I explain my theory for why this disorder exists, and how to cure it using a self-help technique. No medication or therapy is required. For anyone interested in the other disorders I mentioned in this video: I used an over-the-counter supplement called Lithium Orotate to treat my bipolar mania successfully. My psychiatrist also prescribed Escitalopram which treated my depression successfully. I do recommend these treatments, but you should consult a psychiatrist before trying them, since they may not work for everyone. I am currently working on curing all of my issues permanently by using self-help techniques. I may post a video about these issues separately in the future if I am successful.
