Glute mid activation ACL rehab HD

This is a great exercise to help improve glute mid activation by fighting the counter movement of internal rotation due to the spiral of the band. This movement will help to improve Glute strength proper loading of the ankle in movement prep. Athletes will be able to stand strong on their feet without loading on the instep as well as improving the spire lines of the fascia tissue which will give a dramatic increase in hip extension and positive hip when running!!
