Running a 130 mile ULTRA! | Liverpool to Leeds Canal Race HD

I ran the 130 mile, non-stop ultra marathon from Old Hall Street, Liverpool to the Office Lock, Leeds. In this video I take you along for the journey so you can share in my ups and downs along the way to the finish! The race runs the full length of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal along the towpath. Checkpoints are 10 - 15 miles apart and incredibly well stocked with drinks, food and snacks as well as incredible support from everyone involved in the race. There is a generous cut off time of 40 hours for completion of the event and equally generous cut-off times at the checkpoints along the way.
