Medium Wave AM radio with old germanium transistors and yellow LED as a AM demodulator. Circuit can work with any HF transistors PNP or NPN structure. If use NPN transistors - need use correct battery polarity, electrolytic cap polarity and LED polarity. Circuit use old telephone capsule ( TK-67-HT ) as a headphone. For lower voltage (1,5...3V) battery can use germanium diode, silicon diode.
