Your knees should be slightly bent. - Then, lean your torso forward and hold the barbell at your thighs with your arms extended. - Keep your back straight and your abs fully contracted. This is the starting position. (First Movement) - Now, exhale as you pull the bar up to your abs while bringing your elbows slightly behind your torso. - Lift your chest and tightly contract your lat muscles at the end of the movement. (Second Movement) - Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly raise the bar back to the starting position. - Make sure to keep your back straight and your torso stationary throughout this exercise. - When you finish your reps, carefully lock the bar back on the rack.
