An amazing life! See how Frank Morales’ service to the community earned him the Amway Hero Award for Determination. Frank Morales was born in a migrant shack and experienced poverty growing up. At age 14, Frank made the decision to improve life for himself and his family, and since then has worked tirelessly to help those around him. The only child of his family to graduate high school, Frank went on to lay the foundation for the city of Diamond Bar, California, was appointed Vice President of the Walnut School District, and has received many awards from his community including the Diamond Bar Sertoma Club “Service to Mankind Award”, as well as recognition by the Latino American Who’s Who. Frank also wrote a book about his experiences, “Fields to Freedom – the Links of Life”. After 10 years as a Director of Computer Operations at a Fortune 500 company, Frank began his Amway business in 1981. Amway honors Frank Morales for his determination to make a better life for himself, his family, and his community.
