How to fix: Run l2.exe as administrator. If exe is not running then restart your pc or kill l2.exe from task manager. You need to test l2.exe in different old windows version like win xp or win vista or win 7.After that testing the final one is to disable windows version and run as default as showed in video when l2.exe starts.
