Showing how to make Flax Crackers or Flackers for that crunchy treat we all miss on our paleo, grain free and gluten free journey! This recipe is adapted from the great folks over at fastpaleo.com Recipe: Ingredients 1 C Flax Meal 2 Tbl Sunflower seeds 2 Tbl Pumpkin seeds 1 Tbl sesame seeds 1/2 Tbl Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp basil 1/2 Tsp parsley 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder dash of cayenne (SHAZAM!) 1TBL honey 1/2 C water Mix all ingredients together until mixture can be formed into a ball Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread mixture thinly over a cookie sheet lined with Parchment paper. Bake for 20 mins Let cool for 5 mins Remove flackers from the paper and break to desired size Select your favourite dip and enjoy!!! What to see what it looks like? Check out the video!!
