Crispy Fried Panko Marinaded Tofu is easy to prepare and delicious. Gluten free! To make the vegan version of this recipe replace eggs with flax seeds. Marinade ¼ cup soy sauce gf 1 tsp cream sherry or rice wine vinegar 1/8 tsp ginger powder or ½ tsp fresh minced ginger 1/8 tsp garlic powder or 1 minced clove fresh garlic Secret Ingredient Liquid smoke! To marinade add 1/8 tsp of liquid smoke. Do not add more than ¼ tsp or it will overpower the dish.
