Hanging leg raises 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps 2. V-ups 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps 3. Weighted V-ups 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps 4. Cable side bend 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps @side 5. Side Jackknives 3 sets of 25-20 reps @side 6. Weighted crunches 3 sets of 12-15 reps 7. Weighted Russian twists 3 sets of 15-20 reps @side 8.
