Miniature 6 DOF Robotic Arm Moves Box on Conveyor - MicroPede - Teensy 3.2 HD

This video shows a new interpretation of the popular useless machines. The MicroPede Robot Controller (MRC) used to control the robot is Open Source and available on GitHub: http://github.com/glumb/mrc Here are the instructions used tho move the robot: M00 V2 R50 O31 X15 Y0 Z20 A0 B180 C0 # move to home position I0 1 # wait for conveyor signal M01 V50 A-180.00 B-0.00 C-157.65 X6.00 Y-15.00 Z21.00 R6 1 M01 V10 A-180.00 B-0.00 C-157.65 X12.00 Y-18.00 Z21.00 # pickup position V10 z16 # lowering V0.11 R6 0.5 # close gripper V10 z20 # heben V20 X16 Y-2.45 Z20.00 A180.00 B-0.00 C-157.65 # drop position v10 z14 # lowering v0.01 R6 1 # open gripper V20 z20 # lift and back to line 1 :D The instructions can either be sent and executed directly to the MRC using a serialport or stored on the Teensys EEPROM. The controller is running on a Teensy 3.2 microcontroller but could also be deployed on an Arduino. I chose the Teensy because my Arduino Uni did not have enough memory to store the controller program. We run a small online shop selling the robots: http://micropede.de (currently only selling to Germany) Music: ProleteR - April Showers
