CPU Fan spin for 1 second then turn off immediately: solve HD

Hello, first unplug 4 pin connector check fan is spin up or not... if not...problem coming from VRM section. check every component of VRM section... you will find a short component and also check 4 pin conector... if yes check full motherboard... there you will find a short component.. find it and replace it... thank you
