Ingredients: 1 banana 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup almond milk any extra spices you like: I add cinnamon and vanilla extract Directions: blend banana with almond milk- you can add in your spices here or at the end mix well until smooth add in chia seeds and only pulse for 3 seconds put in cup or mason jar and store in fridge for up to 5 days Make sure you put the pudding in the fridge before you eat. It tastes the best when the chia seeds have sat in the almond milk for at least an hour. Enjoy!
