Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bake
Sue Mallick with Food City prepares a yummy ham and cheese breakfast bake at the Tasteful Creation Cooking School held every Monday Night at Food City Crown Point in Kingsport, TN. Ingredients: 1 10 oz box broccoli and cheese sauce, 1 can flaky layered biscuits, 10 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 tsp. mustard, 2 cups diced ham, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese preheat oven to 350 degrees, microwave broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes. Separate dough into 5 biscuits and cut each into 8 pieces, arrange evenly in sprayed 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and mustard with a wire whisk until well blended. Stir in ham, onions, cheeses, mushrooms, and broccoli with cheese sauce. Pour over biscuits. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set.
