Music written by Tom Cusack *Ingredients* French Bread Gruyere Cheese Bacon 3 Eggs 1 Cup Milk 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Maple Syrup, for dipping Fry bacon or cook in the oven on broil for about 15 minutes on each side until crispy. Mix milk and eggs in a bowl or pie tin and add cinnamon and vanilla extract. Soak sliced French Bread in mixture until thoroughly coated. Lightly coat a pan with butter or cooking spray and add French Bread on medium heat. once the first side is done (slightly browned and a little crispy), flip and add the bacon and sliced Gruyere cheese to one slice of French Bread. When the non-bacon adorned piece of French Bread is finished, place on top of the French Bread with bacon and Gruyere to make a sandwich. Remove from the heat once the French Bread is cooked and the cheese is melted. Dip in Maple syrup and enjoy!
