Raspberry PI - Minecraft Server HD

My Raspberry PI running Archlinux and the official java Minecraft server. It took approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes to start the server however there were a few daemons running in the background that could of being stopped to help speed up the process. I could of changed the nice level to below 0 to favor scheduling of the server process. I did briefly manage to successfully join the server however my client did not download enough blocks to properly render the world. Soon after joining I was disconnected because of a timeout. The ARM chip was overclocked to 800mhz while everything else was at its stock clock. The RAM/GPU split was 224/32.
